The following terms of service will be applied to all XP events:
- Absolute XP House Terms of Service
The following additional conditions as part of Terms of Service will be applied to XP Event as well:
- XP Event host must be a valid XP Subscriber.
  - If you are not a XP Subscriber yet then just make sure to select ‘Request to join’ option while submitting XP Event request form to get the opportunity to join our ‘Preferred XP Subscriber Network’. No separate application is required for XP Subscription.
  - XP Subscription Annual Enrollment Fee of C$65 (including 13% HST) must be paid upon approval of XP Subscription application.
- XP Event hosting offerings:
  - 2hrs / Maximum Capacity 30-Seated.
  - 1st UX Event booking fee is Zero$
  - Repeat UX Event booking fee is $50 per event (Fixed Cost)
  - 20% on total event sales (tickets, product/service sales etc.) if occurs.
  - Security Deposit of C$200 (Refundable) is required for the event booking.
- Absolute XP House encourages all types of events as long as they are respectful and non-disruptive. Provisional bookings will not be made automatically, these are by request from the potential host, to be confirmed in writing by email from Absolute XP House and are subject to the acceptance of XP Terms of Service. Absolute XP Management has the absolute right to decline any events to be organized.
- The 'XP Booking Confirmation Notification’ email is the only proof of authorization. Please bring it with you to your event.
- XP Event Host/Vendor is solely responsible for the goods and services that they may sell through Absolute XP House XP Event (including description, price, fees, tax, calculate, returns, refunds, defects, required legal disclosures, regulatory compliance, offers or promotional content), including compliance with any applicable laws or regulations.
