Absolute XP House

XP Event Host and/or invited Guests, understand that Terms of Service must be read and signed before the participant is allowed to take part in any XP Event at Absolute XP House.

XP Event Host and/or invited Guests, agree to assume all risks of personal injury to myself while visiting Absolute XP House and using XP House facilities, equipment and services, and waive any and all claims or actions that XP Host Event (or legal heirs) may have against Absolute XP House, any of its subsidiaries or other affiliates and any of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors and assigns for any such personal injury or loss of or damage to property caused, in whole or in part, by my own actions or negligence, or caused by their negligence or those of third parties.

XP Event Host and/or invited Guests, acknowledge that Absolute XP House owners, directors, agents, management company, security company and/or their employees are not liable for any injury/death to any persons whether caused by their negligence or not, nor for loss or damage to property, by theft or any other cause whatsoever.

XP Event Host and/or invited Guests, hereby grant Absolute XP House the right to photography, audio recording, video recording and use of personal image in Absolute XP promotional, marketing and advertising materials, such as the Website and publications in print and electronic formats.

XP Event Host and/or invited Guests, agree that Absolute XP House can reach out to them for news, updates, and the latest information on products and services.

XP Event Host and/or invited Guests, agree the following event cleaning policy:

(1) Clean common areas including lounge, studio, bathroom, and entrances

(2) Collect and clean dishes, other provided host amenities, if applicable

(3) Remove garbage

XP Event Host and/or invited Guests, agree the following event cancellation policy:

(1) Booking cancellations until 7 days before the event start time - Receive a full refund, excluding processing fees.

(2) Booking cancellations between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time - Receive a 50% refund excluding processing fees.

(3) Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the event start time are not refundable.

XP Event Host and/or invited Guests, agree the following event terms:

(1) Bring Your Own Coffee (BYOC) is allowed.

(2) Booking will be canceled for non-compliance of event terms and if failure to correctly use the reservation tool.

(3) All activities at Absolute XP House may be monitored via CCTV cameras, and any illegal act recorded may be passed to the police or relevant authorities.

(4) Animals and dogs are not permitted in Absolute XP House.

(5) Prior on-line booking is required.

(6) Need to purchase facility user insurance.

(7) Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments.

(8) Smoking , Alcohol, and Use of any Drug substance are NOT allowed and strictly prohibited at Absolute XP House.

(9) Cooking is not allowed.

(10) Furniture may be moved subject to prior Absolute XP House management’s approval.

(11) Outside food is allowed subject to prior Absolute XP House management’s approval.

(12) Absolute XP House reserves the right to claim costs and damages in full from the event host for any damage incurred.
