AXP House - Terms of Service
The collection of Terms of Service collectively makes up our AXP House Policy - Rules & Regulations. The series of Terms of Services that apply to https://www.axphouse.com and https://www.axpvault.com and their subdomains (collectively, the “sites”), are broken down into the following categories;
Terms of Service for AXP Members, Non-Members, External Guests, and On-Time Customers.

The management at AXP House holds the right to enforce and delegate any misconduct and defiance of the Rules & Regulations by any means they deem necessary. AXP House also holds the right to alter or change any Terms of Service to enforce the standards of the AXP House.

AXP Terms of Service - Event (Host)
Please read these terms of service carefully as these terms and conditions incorporate the basis on which bookings for AXP House events are accepted. The person making the booking will be deemed to have accepted these Terms of Service on behalf of all persons/guests who will be invited and visited at AXP House under the booking (once the booking is accepted and confirmed by AXP House).

AXP Members and/or Event Host and/or invited Guests and/or Non-Members, understand that Terms of Service must be read and signed before they can enter AXP House.

AXP Members and/or Event Host and/or invited Guests and/or Non-Members, agree to assume all risks of personal injury to myself while visiting AXP House and using AXP House facilities, equipment and services, and waive any and all claims or actions that AXP Host Event (or legal heirs) may have against AXP House, any of its subsidiaries or other affiliates and any of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors and assigns for any such personal injury or loss of or damage to property caused, in whole or in part, by my own actions or negligence, or caused by their negligence or those of third parties.

AXP Members and/or Event Host and/or invited Guests and/or Non-Members, acknowledge that AXP House owners, directors, agents, management company, security company and/or their employees are not liable for any injury/death to any persons whether caused by their negligence or not, nor for loss or damage to property, by theft or any other cause whatsoever.

AXP Members and/or Event Host and/or invited Guests and/or Non-Members, hereby grant AXP House the right to photography, audio recording, video recording and use of personal image in AXP House promotional, marketing and advertising materials, such as the Website and publications in print and electronic formats.

AXP Members and/or Event Host and/or invited Guests and/or Non-Members, agree that AXP House can reach out to them for news, updates, and the latest information on products and services.

AXP Members and/or Event Host and/or invited Guests and/or Non-Members, agree the following event cleaning policy:
(1) Clean common areas including lounge, studio, bathroom, and entrances
(2) Collect and clean dishes, other provided host amenities, if applicable
(3) Remove garbage

AXP Members and/or Event Host and/or invited Guests and/or Non-Members, agree the following event cancellation policy:
(1) Booking cancellations until 7 days before the event start time - Receive a full refund, excluding processing fees.
(2) Booking cancellations between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time - Receive a 50% refund excluding processing fees.
(3) Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the event start time are not refundable.

The following additional Conditions 2 Host Event Terms of Service will be applied to your AXP boking event:
(1) You need to pay full booking fee at the time of booking your event.
(2) You are solely responsible for the goods and services that you may sell or promote or deliver through AXP House Event (including description, price, fees, tax, calculate, returns, refunds, defects, required legal disclosures, regulatory compliance, course contents, offers or promotional content), including compliance with any applicable laws or regulations.
(3) AXP House encourages all types of events as long as they are respectful and non-disruptive. Provisional bookings will not be made automatically, these are by request from the potential host, to be confirmed in writing by email from AXP House and are subject to the acceptance of AXP Terms of Service.
(4) Your Event Booking will be reviewed and given a decision from our Management Committee to ensure that you align with our event hosting criteria. All decisions are final and made within the sole discretion of AXP House and its affiliates. We have no obligation to provide any reason for rejecting or approving your booking request. If booking request is approved then 'AXP Booking Confirmation Notification’ email as Proof of Authorization will be sent out to event host. Without Proof of Authorization, your booking will not be considered confirmed. If booking request is NOT approved then full payment will be refunded within 24 hours from the date of decision notification email.

AXP Members and/or Event Host and/or invited Guests and/or Non-Members, agree the following reservation / booking terms:
Bring Your Own Coffee (BYOC) is allowed.
Reservation/Booking will be canceled for non-compliance of event terms and if failure to correctly use the reservation tool.
All activities at AXP House may be monitored via CCTV cameras, and any illegal act recorded may be passed to the police or relevant authorities.
Animals and dogs are not permitted in AXP House.
Prior on-line booking is required.
Need to purchase facility user insurance.
Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments.
Smoking , Alcohol, and Use of any Drug substance are NOT allowed and strictly prohibited at AXP House.
Cooking is not allowed.
Furniture may be moved subject to prior AXP House management’s approval.
Outside food is allowed subject to prior AXP House management’s approval.
AXP House reserves the right to claim costs and damages in full from the event host for any damage incurred.

AXP Terms of Service - Reservation/Booking (Guests)
Please read these Terms of Service carefully. These Terms and Conditions govern the basis upon which bookings for events, activities, games, and experiences at AXP House are accepted. The person making a booking (“Booking Holder”) acknowledges and agrees that, once the booking has been accepted and confirmed by AXP House, they are accepting these Terms of Service on behalf of themselves and all guests and participants included in, or invited under, the booking.

The Booking Holder is responsible for ensuring that all guests and participants associated with the booking are made aware of, and agree to comply with, these Terms of Service, including all applicable rules, policies, waivers, safety requirements, and conditions of participation.
By purchasing a ticket, making a booking, registering for, entering, or participating in any event, activity, game, or experience at AXP House (collectively, the “AXP Experience”), the Booking Holder and each guest/participant acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.

The AXP Experience is open to guests/participants of all ages. Guests and participants under the age of 18 may participate provided that the required consent of a parent or legal guardian has been obtained prior to participation.
By participating in the AXP Experience, each guest/participant represents and warrants that they are of the applicable age or, if under the age of 18, that the required consent from a parent or legal guardian has been properly obtained.

The participant acknowledges and understands that participation in the AXP Experience involves inherent and potentially serious risks.
These risks include, but are not limited to:
Personal injury, illness, disability, or death;
Injury resulting from the malfunction, failure, or improper operation of equipment;
Tripping, slipping, falling, or colliding with obstacles, structures, equipment, or other participants;
Physical exertion, fatigue, strain, or overexertion;
Injuries resulting from the actions or negligence of other participants or third parties;
Loss of or damage to personal property;
Risks associated with the condition of the facilities, equipment, or premises; and
Any other risks that may arise from participating in the AXP Experience.
The participant acknowledges that these risks may occur even when reasonable safety precautions are taken and voluntarily chooses to participate despite these risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the participant hereby assumes all risks associated with their participation in the AXP Experience, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the guest/participant hereby releases, waives, discharges, and agrees not to bring any claim or action against AXP House, their subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, management companies, security companies, contractors, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) arising from or relating to the guest’s/participant’s participation in the AXP Experience or use of AXP House facilities, equipment, or services.
This release applies to claims involving:
Personal injury or illness;
Disability or death;
Loss of or damage to personal property;
Theft or loss of personal belongings;
Property damage; and
Any other loss, damage, claim, or expense arising out of or relating to participation in the AXP Experience or use of AXP House.
The guest/participant understands and agrees that, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Released Parties shall not be liable for injury, illness, disability, or death, or for loss of or damage to property, arising from or relating to the participant’s participation or presence at AXP House, including claims arising from the negligence of the Released Parties or third parties, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded or waived.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the guest/participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or relating to:
The guest's/participant’s participation in the XP Experience;
The guest's/participant’s presence at or use of AXP House;
The guest's/participant’s use of any facilities, equipment, games, or services;
The guest's/participant’s violation of these Terms of Service;
The guest's/participant’s failure to follow rules, instructions, or safety procedures; or
Any negligent, reckless, or intentional act or omission of the guest/participant.

The guest/participant acknowledges that equipment, structures, facilities, games, and other elements of the AXP Experience may present risks of injury or damage.
The guest/participant agrees to use all equipment and facilities only as instructed and acknowledges that AXP House cannot guarantee that all equipment or facilities will be free from defects or malfunction.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the guest/participant releases the Released Parties from claims arising from the manufacture, selection, delivery, possession, condition, maintenance, use, or operation of equipment or facilities used during the AXP Experience, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.

The guest/participant represents that they are physically capable of participating in the XP Experience and do not knowingly suffer from a medical, physical, or other condition that would make participation unsafe.
The guest/participant acknowledges that the physical exertion involved in the XP Experience may result in injury, illness, or, in extreme circumstances, death.
Guest/Participants are responsible for determining whether they are physically capable of participating and should consult a qualified medical professional if they have any concerns about their ability to safely participate.

Guest/Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings while visiting AXP House.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Released Parties are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought onto or left at the premises, regardless of the cause.
Guest/Participants are encouraged to secure or leave at home valuables and other personal belongings that are not necessary for participation.

The guest/participant hereby grants AXP House, its affiliates, sponsors, representatives, and authorized agents the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, film, record, and otherwise capture the participant’s image, likeness, voice, and/or participation in the AXP Experience.
The participant authorizes AXP House to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise utilize such photographs, audio recordings, video recordings, and other recordings in connection with promotional, marketing, advertising, publicity, social media, website, and other commercial or non-commercial materials.
Such materials may be used in print, electronic, digital, online, social media, or other formats now known or later developed.
The guest/participant understands that they will not receive compensation for the use of their image, likeness, voice, or recordings and waives any right to inspect or approve the finished materials before publication.

Guest/Participants agree to conduct themselves in a safe and responsible manner and to comply with all instructions provided by AXP House staff, security personnel, management, and event personnel.
AXP House reserves the right, in its discretion, to refuse entry or remove any guest/participant whose conduct is considered unsafe, disruptive, threatening, abusive, unlawful, or otherwise inconsistent with the rules of the premises or XP Experience.
Removal from the premises may occur without refund.

If AXP House permits a guest/participant under the age of 18 to participate, the guest/participant’s parent or legal guardian must provide the required consent before participation.
By making a booking on behalf of a minor guest/participant, the parent or legal guardian represents and warrants that they have the legal authority to provide such consent on behalf of the minor. The parent or legal guardian acknowledges and agrees, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to:
Consent to the minor’s participation in the AXP Experience;
Acknowledge and accept the risks associated with the AXP Experience;
Agree to the assumption of risk provisions on behalf of the minor;
Release and discharge the Released Parties from claims arising from the minor’s participation, to the extent legally permitted;
Indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from liabilities arising from the minor’s participation, to the extent legally permitted; and
Accept these Terms of Service on behalf of themselves and the minor participant.
The parent or legal guardian further agrees that these obligations shall apply to themselves, the minor participant, and their respective heirs, assigns, and next of kin, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Guest/Participant, agree the following cancellation policy:
Reservation/Booking fees are non-refundable.
If AXP House cancels an event for any reason, the full reservation or booking fee paid by the customer will be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days following the cancellation.
Reservation/Booking will be canceled for non-compliance of reservation terms.

Binding Effect
The guest/participant acknowledges that this Terms of Service is intended to be legally binding.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the terms of this Terms of Services shall be binding upon the guest/participant and their respective heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors, and assigns.
In the event of the guest/participant’s death, the releases, waivers, and indemnification obligations contained in this Terms of Service shall remain binding upon the participant’s estate, heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns to the extent permitted by law.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any provision of this Terms of Service that cannot legally be enforced in the applicable jurisdiction shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These Terms of Service constitute the agreement between the guest/participant and AXP House concerning the matters addressed herein and supersede any prior or contemporaneous representations or agreements concerning such matters, except for any additional written terms expressly provided by AXP House.
By participating in the AXP Experience, the guest/participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to these Terms of Service, including the Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Indemnification, and Photography/Recording Consent provisions.

The AXP Vault Store Policy will apply to all AXP Members, Non-AXP Members, External Guests, and On-Time Customers.

AXP House hopes to help users engage in this innovative space to explore new items as they emerge in this fast-paced time of evolution. To guarantee the utmost smooth experience, AXP House strives to protect the rights and privacy of buyers, as well as our channel partners. This series of policies that apply to https://www.axphouse.com and its subdomains (collectively, the “sites”), is broken down into the following categories.
By using our AXP Vault Store you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. The terms are a legally binding agreement between all local and international buyers and channel partners, collectively “you”, and AXP House and all its subsidiaries “we”, “us”, “our”, “AXP”.
All users must be over the age of 18 other than the case in which the minor is using an account to make a purchase which is made by a user over the age of 18.
AXP House understands and values the importance of a user's personal information. Our Privacy Policy further explains the measures taken to protect your information as well as the information we do collect and share when you use our sites. Please read the policies within our Privacy Policy which have been made in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
1. Ordering
The AXP Vault Store offers a variety of products, upon ordering through our portal you are bound by the terms of this policy as well as agreeing to provide accurate and complete information.
All items ordered through the AXP Vault Store are subject to the shipping, returns, and refund policies outlined in the following sections.

2. Pricing
The prices listed on AXP Vault Store are accurate and are also subject to any changes AXP House deems necessary at any given time for any reason including changes made as a result of promotions.
The prices listed to not include shipping, handling, taxes, and any other potential charges which will be calculated at checkout.
3. Payment Methods & Billing
AXP House offers various methods of payment for the ease of buyers; by making a purchase you are subject to the terms and conditions of the selected payment method.
When making a purchase you agree to provide accurate and complete billing information that is required to fulfill your purchase. By providing this information you authorize AXP House to process and charge the given payment method for the total amount including product fees, applicable taxes, and other fees.
AXP House additionally holds the right to refuse any payment as well as cancel any purchase for any reason with prompt notice as well as the necessary refunds required by the cancellation.
AXP House will take the proper precaution to protect your personal billing and payment but does not guarantee absolute security and will not be liable for any damages or losses.
4. Shipping & Delivery
AXP House offers global shipping, and any shipping costs and delivery time are subject to changes based on the distance of the given location.
AXP House is not liable for any losses that occur during shipping and delivery.
AXP House does not guarantee any delivery dates nor are we responsible for any delays during the shipping and delivery process, although AXP House is happy to help to address any concerns at team@axphouse.com.
As AXP House is not the manufacturer of any of the products sold on the AXP Vault Store , we do not hold any liability for any damages to the given items upon delivery.
5. Returns & Refunds
AXP House want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, are not eligible for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
AXP House only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at team@axphouse.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6. Policy Amendments
AXP House holds the right to make any amendments and updates to any part of the terms at our own discretion at any given time without any prior notice.

The AXP Privacy Terms of Services will apply to all AXP Members, Non-XP Members, External Guests, and On-Time Customers.

AXP House (“AXP”, “clubhouse”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) understands how much you value your privacy, and we are committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy (this “Policy”) will detail the information collected through our website at https://www.axphouse.com and its subdomains (collectively, the “sites”). This policy describes how we collect, use, share, and secure information from you.
This Privacy Policy has been developed in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Internal operations
AXP House may disclose personal information with external third parties who assist AXP House with the purposes listed. These third parties are prohibited from using any personal information collected for purposes beyond what are listed above and require approval of AXP House to ensure the compliance of general privacy principles listed in this policy.
3. Consent
AXP House seeks consent for all personal information prior to or at the time of collection. A signature is required which will serve as consent for sensitive information collected such as banking information. Any information that is collected voluntarily has implied consent for the collection, usage, and disclosure of the personal information previously defined and listed in this policy.
AXP House will not use the consented personal information for purposes beyond what has been provided in this policy. In circumstances when information needs to be used for a new purpose, consent will be sought priorly.
4. Limiting Collection
AXP House will limit the collection of personal information to which information is necessary for the purposes listed in section 2 of this policy.

AXP House will limit the use, disclosure, and retention of personal information to which information is necessary for the purposes listed in section 2 of this policy. In the circumstance where an additional purpose of the personal information arises, AXP House will notify subscribers prior to its use or disclosure unless. Personal information will only be disclosed within the Club on a need-to-know basis.
6. Accuracy
AXP House ensures that personal information that we collect is accurate, complete, and current as required for the purposes for which it was collected. AXP House will correct or amend personal information when needed and if its accuracy is challenged or not updated.
7. Safeguard
AXP House will ensure that personal information is safeguarded through appropriate and necessary measures such as physical safeguards and electronic precautions.
Subscribers' personal information will be kept on a secure database with policies to ensure that the information is protected from unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal, and distribution.
Access to private and personal information will be authorized to a limited number of employees who have special access to the databases and are required to uphold the confidentiality of such information.
8. Individual Access
Subscribers have the right to request access to their personal information with limited exceptions as set forth in PIPEDA.

AXP Terms of Service - Member
AXP House Members must adhere to and accept the Member Terms of Service - Membership Policy. The Member Terms of Service will ensure the safety and well being of our Members as well as External Guests that visit AXP House for any events.

AXP House welcomes a diverse community to enjoy our space either personally or professionally. To maintain the integrity and exclusivity of our AXP House we run on a Preferred AXP Members Network which does not in any way discriminate based on race, socioeconomic status, gender, or profession. Instead, our Preferred AXP Members Network establishes a safe space with a community of well-polished individuals. Our Management Committee will open new applications at every quarter of the fiscal year as subscriber capacity permits.
Once you have submitted your AXP Membership Application it will be reviewed and given a decision by our Management Committee to ensure that you align with our Preferred AXP Members Network criteria. From there if your application is approved you will move onto the next step of the process. All decisions are final and made within the sole discretion of AXP House.
We have no obligation to provide any reason for rejecting or approving your application for membership. Upon application acceptance, all Members are bound by the rules of AXP House. Applicants are permitted to withdraw their application at any time they please by emailing team@axphouse.com. Members are not permitted to receive a refund after withdrawing their Membership.

We have setup two digital ways to permit the access of subscribers into the AXP House.
Use door bell intercom system (dBell). Doors will be unlocked with the press of a button.
Use digital application (dPass). The dPass must be used/swiped in both cases while entering in and exiting out. Members are required to report lost or stolen or change phones devices immediately and a replacement dPASS will be issued subject to an administration fee.
Any misuse of both access types will not be tolerated. Reservation in-advance is required and show-up to AXP House without a reservation is not allowed.
Members are not permitted to share their access with any other Member(s) or Non-Member(s). Any defiance of this rule will cause Membership suspension and/or termination of the Member.
The AXP House reserves the right to refuse entry to any Members who fails to reserve its spot in advance or who does not pay the annual and / or any administrative fees.
The AXP House reserves the right to exclude any Members or guest and ask them to leave at our sole discretion and without explanation, with no entitlement to the refund of any fees previously paid.

Members are welcome to come and go as many times as required during the day subject to the the valid reservation, but it is required that you book ahead due to limited capacity. Reservations and payments must be made online in advance to secure your spot. The reservation can be rescheduled but not canceled, and payments are non-refundable. Reservation will be canceled if failure to correctly use the reservation tool. Membership can be suspended for repeated/continuing non-compliance.

AXP House encourages all types of events as long as they are respectful and non-disruptive. Prior on-line booking is required subject to approval. Provisional bookings will not be made automatically, these are by request from the subscriber, confirmed in writing by email from AXP House and are subject to the acceptance of XP Terms of Service. AXP House Management has the absolute right to decline any events to be organized. Bookings in the AXP House Events will be subject to security deposit against any loss or damage caused during the event. The deposit, or any balance after deducting outstanding fees will be returned to the Client after the account has been settled in full and funds cleared.

AXP House has the right to charge Members for joining fee, usage fee, event fee as well as any administrative fee, as and when it occurs. AXP House has the right to alter or waive any fees or subscriptions without prior notice.

Annual Membership Fees are immediately payable once the subscriber's application is reviewed and approved. By providing payment details, AXP House assumes members consent to any fees listed. AXP House holds the right to amend any fees at their own discretion and all subscribers will be notified at least 1 month in advance.
Members will be automatically eligible for renew at the end of each period and will continue until such time as it is either cancelled by AXP House or by the Members giving no less than one month’s written notice and failure to do so will incur the Membership fee for the following period.
Upon cancellation, the member will no longer have access to membership benefits, services, or privileges after the effective cancellation date.
The AXP House reserves the right to terminate, suspend or cancel membership for violation of rules, non-payment of fees, misconduct, or other reasonable grounds that may negatively affect the organization. Membership may be cancelled immediately where necessary, subject to applicable law. Any membership amount will be adjusted or refunded accordingly.

All Members are expected to make timely payments, Members will be immediately notified of any late fees which will be subject to any penalties AXP House deems necessary. Late payments beyond one month of the due date are the cause for the suspension of the Membership. Failure to pay beyond the suspension period of one week will result in the termination of the Membership.

Members are free to withdraw and terminate their membership whenever they please but will still be expected to pay any withstanding fees as well as any installment payments and will not receive any refunds.

AXP House will maintain all Member's information on our private database. This information includes any details provided through the application process along with a photo of the Members.
If any of the information provided changes, please ensure to notify our team by emailing: team@axphouse.com.
AXP House holds data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act. AXP House will deal with all information it holds in line with its Privacy Policy. AXP House will not release any members’ personal information to third parties unless we are required to do so by law.

Members agree and acknowledge that any notices sent to them by AXP House are deemed to be properly relayed and/or served upon them through the Members’ contact information provided on their Membership Application Form. Such notices shall include, but are not limited to, announcements, event alerts, billing invoices, change in Terms & Conditions, warnings, notices of default, notices in which member is put on notice regarding delinquency of Membership and service fees or any notice informing the Members about the termination of the Membership and in which the Members is required to vacate AXP House. Unsubscribing or opting out from AXP House mailing list will be construed as a violation of rules and regulations and the Members shall in no way hold AXP House responsible or liable for not receiving important notices of any kind from AXP House.

Guest Access to XP Lounge - Members can bring up to 3 guests per visit subject to payment at the time of reservation.
All Non-Members are only permitted at the AXP House at the approval of management. Any guests who have not gained permission will be asked to leave the AXP House and the Members who gave them access will be subject to the suspension and/or termination of their Membership. No guests are allowed to access the AXP House without being accompanied by a Members. All guests are bound by the same rules & regulations as any Members is and are expected to follow them to ensure the safety and integrity of the AXP House. Defiance of the rules & regulations will result in any penalties management deems necessary upon the Members who is accompanying the guest.

AXP House is designed with the intention to serve professionals and primarily over the age of 16. Though children may be permitted to access the AXP House, anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult 16+. Anyone under 16 who visits the AXP House is the responsibility of the Members who invited them any misconduct will fall under their responsibility. Please remind the guardians and supervisors of the children to not leave them unattended at any time and respect the space and other members.

To preserve the appearance of AXP House, which is designed to serve professionals, we ask that Members wear attire that reflects the corporate casual atmosphere.
Any guests are also obliged to dress in appropriate attire. It is the Member's responsibility to advise their guests of this dress code. Shirts and footwear must be always worn inside the AXP House.

Wireless internet connection is provided for the benefit of members and their guests and should be used in accordance with all Canadian laws, statutes and regulations. Use of the internet connection must not therefore violate any law, be defamatory, offensive, abusive indecent, obscene, be harmful in anyway, promote or encourage any unacceptable or illegal behavior, have any fraudulent purpose or effect, result in any misrepresentation, or damage the integrity, reputation, brand or name of AXP House in any way. Any passwords required for the use of the internet connection must not be divulged to any other party.

The AXP House is designed as a place to relax and is not a place for work within the Lounge area. To ensure that Members are relaxed and can fully enjoy the AXP House, please refrain from attending any phone calls within the XP Lounge. Calls can be taken outside or in designated areas outside of the XP Lounge. When in the XP Lounge, all Members must ensure their phones are set to silent. Laptops are only permitted at the designated areas. This cellphone and laptop policy applies to all Members and all guests.

Members may only take photos or film using mobile phones. Any photography/videography must be self-administered, and another party filming would be deemed as a professional shoot that requires prior approval from AXP House Management. To protect the privacy of our Members, their guests, and our employees, photographs should not include individuals who have not given their express consent or any AXP House employees. AXP House reserves the right to cancel a Member's registration and ask him/her to leave the premises if personal technology is inappropriately used. Members are responsible for ensuring their guests also abide by this rule.
AXP House has the right to photography, audio recording, video recording and use of personal image in AXP House promotional, marketing and advertising materials, such as the Website and publications in print and electronic formats.

Movies, videos, songs, internet calls & presentations must only be played through headphones & should not be audible to any other member or guest.

Smoking is strictly prohibited. Any Members or their guest found to be under the influence of drugs or intoxicated will be asked to leave the premises and their memberships will be cancelled and no refund given. If members wish to smoke, they may go outside and find an area that permits them.

Consumption, purchase, distribution, and possession of any drugs, alcohol, and any illegal substances is prohibited within the AXP House premises including but not limited to; immediately outside the establishment, the XP Lounge, and the XP Studio. Any Members who are caught in defiance of these rules will be removed from AXP House and their Membership will be cancelled and no refund given.

Outside food is not permitted inside the AXP House unless approved by AXP House or bought through AXP House approved food establishments. Coffee and Tea are allowed to bring into AXP House.

The AXP House is a safe space, but Members and guests should act in a reasonable manner to mitigate the possibility of injury or accidents. Members will assume all risks of personal injury while visiting AXP House and using AXP House facilities, equipment and services, and waive any and all claims or actions that Members (or any heirs) may have against AXP House, any of its subsidiaries or other affiliates and any of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors and assigns for any such personal injury or loss of or damage to property caused, in whole or in part, by subscriber's own actions or negligence, or caused by their negligence or those of third parties. AXP House owners, directors, agents, management company, security company and/or their employees are not liable for any injury/death to any subscriber, persons whether caused by their negligence or not, nor for loss or damage to property, by theft or any other cause whatsoever.

AXP House does not take liability for the injury of any member nor the loss or damage of their property. Members remain to hold their legal rights established by local laws.

Animals and dogs are not permitted in AXP House.

We would like to ensure a safe space for all Members and guests so please ensure respect for others and the space. Violence, abusive language, harassment, and misconduct towards other members, guests, or staff will not be tolerated and is grounds for the Membership to be suspended or terminated. Any guest who displays any of these actions and exhibits misconduct will be asked to leave the premises and is subject to being banned from entering the AXP House again. Damage or destruction of any of AXP House’s property will also cause for the Membership to be suspended or terminated. Any misconduct outside of the AXP House premises by Members or guests is not the responsibility of AXP House and they will be held personally liable for their actions.

Members and their guests must not move, remove or damage any property, furniture, fixtures or fittings belonging to AXP House or any property belonging to any other subscriber, user or their guest.
AXP House reserves the right to claim costs and damages in full from the subscriber for any such removal or damage incurred.

AXP House operates CCTV cameras for the security of its subscribers and all those who use AXP House. Members agree that all activities may be monitored, and any illegal act recorded may be passed to the police or relevant authorities.

Disputes
In the event of any dispute arising to the meaning or interpretation of these rules or terms and conditions, the decision of AXP House Management will be final. These rules and terms of use shall be governed by Ontario law.
Rule Interpretation
Our Management holds the right to make any decisions in the case of any dispute caused by the interpretation of the rules and regulations listed. The decision of management will stand and cannot be subject to any appeals. All the laws listed align with the laws established by the Canadian government.
Changes in the Rules and Regulations
AXP House holds the right to change any rules and regulations and at their own discretion to ensure the enjoyment of our facilities and Members at any time.

AXP Terms of Service - Solo
Please read these terms of service carefully as these terms and conditions incorporate the basis on which reservations for AXP Solo Spots are accepted. The person making the reservation will be deemed to have accepted these Terms of Service on behalf of all persons/guests who will be invited and visited at AXP House under the reservation (once the reservation is accepted and confirmed by AXP House).

AXP Members and/or and/or invited Guests, understand that Terms of Service must be read and signed before they can enter AXP House.

AXP Members and/or invited Guests, agree to assume all risks of personal injury to myself while visiting AXP House and using AXP House facilities, equipment and services, and waive any and all claims or actions that AXP Host Event (or legal heirs) may have against AXP House, any of its subsidiaries or other affiliates and any of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors and assigns for any such personal injury or loss of or damage to property caused, in whole or in part, by my own actions or negligence, or caused by their negligence or those of third parties.
AXP Members and/or invited Guests agree that, by visiting or staying at the AXP House, they acknowledge and assume responsibility for the risks associated with their presence on the premises and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, release AXP and its owners, operators, representatives, employees, and members from liability for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property arising from their visit or stay, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited. AXP Members and/or invited Guests further agree to remain at the AXP House only for their reserved or authorized time and to vacate the premises promptly upon expiration of that time unless an extension has been approved by AXP.

AXP Members and/or invited Guests, acknowledge that AXP House owners, directors, agents, management company, security company and/or their employees are not liable for any injury/death to any persons whether caused by their negligence or not, nor for loss or damage to property, by theft or any other cause whatsoever.

AXP Members and/or invited Guests, hereby grant AXP House the right to photography, audio recording, video recording and use of personal image in AXP House promotional, marketing and advertising materials, such as the Website and publications in print and electronic formats.

AXP Members and/or invited Guests, agree that AXP House can reach out to them for news, updates, and the latest information on products and services.

AXP Members and/or invited Guests, agree the following reservation policy:
(1) Reservation should be made at least 12 hours in advance through members’ dashboard
(2) Reservation per hour fee must be paid in advance. Any additional hours will be charged separately.
(3) Members may bring up to three guests per visit. Additional hourly fees apply for each guest.
(4) Members must arrive and depart within their reserved time between 10:00am and 10:00pm.
Doorbell access is available between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Digital access is available between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

AXP Members and/or invited Guests, agree the following cancellation policy:
(1) Reservation fees are non-refundable and non-reschedulable
(2) Reservations may be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled arrival time.
(3) AXP House reserves the right to modify or cancel reservation that do not align with Solo use or house guidelines.

(1) Clean common areas including lounge, studio, bathroom, and entrances
(2) Remove garbage

AXP Members and/or invited Guests, agree the following reservation terms:
Solo is for personal, non commercial use.
Bring Your Own Coffee (BYOC) is allowed.
Reservation will be canceled for non-compliance of reservation terms and if failure to correctly use the reservation tool.
All activities at AXP House may be monitored via CCTV cameras, and any illegal act recorded may be passed to the police or relevant authorities.
Animals and dogs are not permitted in AXP House.
Prior on-line reservation is required.

Smoking , Alcohol, and Use of any Drug substance are NOT allowed and strictly prohibited at AXP House.
