To maintain the integrity and exclusivity of our XP House we run on a subscriber-only basis which does not in any way discriminate based on race, socioeconomic status, gender, or profession. Instead, our subscribers-only policy establishes a safe space with a community of well polished individuals.

  • Canada’s 1st Independent Self-Managed Experience House

    Absolute XP House facilities are available to XP Subscribers with full access guaranteed through a Pay-As-You-Use (PAYU) model, eliminating the need for a large upfront monthly payment.

    XP Subscribers will enjoy a variety of advantages, including:

    Me Time

    • Subscribers have the privilege of bringing their own coffee to XP Lounge.

    • Subscribers can immerse themselves in the joy of reading books, explore virtual reality adventures, or simply have fun with classic board games such as Chess, Checkers, and Scrabble.

    • XP Subscribers can bring their Guests to XP Lounge upon payment of reservation usage fee. Limit on the number of guests is 8 per visit.

    We Time

    • Subscribers can host their open as well as close social meetups, gatherings, programs, and workshops at XP House.

      • Cherished Moments with Family, Friends, Professionals, & Clients.

      • Fine Art Moments for Painting, Music, Poetry, & Photography.

      • User Experience Moments & Workshops for Products & Services.

    • XP Subscribers will get up to 50% discount on hourly published booking fee for Social meetups.

    • XP Subscribers can arrange activities centered around 'community service' with special arrangements. Prior approval is required.

    • XP Subscribers can host theme-based event as well.

    • XP Subscribers are eligible to join our Channel Partner Network and unlock the full potential of their business.

    • XP Subscribers can sell their products and services via Digital Marketplace (Digistore).

  • The current XP price structure is as under:

    *The sales tax will be calculated and added to your total at the time of checkout for your convenience.

    • XP Subscription Annual Enrollment fee is C$65 per year. The fee has to be paid upon approval of XP Subscription application only.

    • XP Subscribers can get Digital access (Optional) at an additional cost of $300 per year.

    • XP Subscribers Self-reservation usage fee for XP Lounge spot is $10 per hour.

    • XP Subscribers Guest-reservation usage fee for reserving XP Lounge spot is $10 per hour/per guest. Limit on the number of guests is 8 per visit.

    • XP Subscribers are eligible for a discount of up to 50% on the hourly standard booking fee for reserving entire AXP House for Social Meetups.

      • Standard Booking Fee is $110 per hour.

    • XP Subscribers 'community service' event with special pricing arrangement.

    • XP Subscribers 'theme-based' event cost will be determined based on technology and display tools used.

  • 3-step simple process to join our Preferred XP Subscriber Network.

    • Step 1 : Submit your XP Subscription Application Form.

    • Step 2: Receive XP Subscription GOTO Code within 72 hrs.

    • Step 3 : Pay XP Subscription Fee to enjoy subscriber benefits.

    Notes:

    Your XP Subscription Application will be reviewed and given a decision from our Management Committee to ensure that you align with our Preferred XP Subscriber Network criteria.

    XP GOTO code will be generated if your XP application is approved.

    All decisions are final and made within the sole discretion of Absolute XP House and its affiliates. We have no obligation to provide any reason for rejecting or approving your application for subscription.
