AXP BREWS, ROTATING café RESIDENCY

AXP Brews offers a residency model designed to support small coffee brands, baristas, and micro-roasters. Each resident gets the chance to operate their own café within a fully equipped space, without traditional barriers to entry.

It’s a unique opportunity to grow a customer base, experiment with offerings, and step into the rhythm of a built-in community

We're always looking for the next great café partner. If you're passionate about building something special and want to bring your unique flavour to AXP House, apply below!

    • Duration: 4 to 8 weeks

    • Availability: Rolling basis (select your preferred months)

    • Hours: Walk-in hours only, (10am-5pm)

    • Fee Structure: Profit Sharing model (No Up-Front Cost)

    • Zero Overhead: We provide the space, utilities, and basic setup. You focus on your craft.

    • Creative Freedom: Customize your menu, aesthetic, and programming.

    • Exposure: Get in front of a dynamic, curious, and loyal community.

    • Profit Sharing: Keep the majority of your sales. AXP House takes a small hosting fee to keep the model sustainable.

    • Mentorship & Feedback: Access support from the AXP team and fellow residents.

    • Independent baristas or micro-roasters with a defined coffee vision

    • Pop-up café concepts looking to scale or test new markets

    • Community-minded entrepreneurs who value hospitality, inclusion, and creativity

    • Experience operating coffee equipment and handling day-to-day café logistics is a must
