Cost

• Minimum 2 hours are required.

• Booking fee for social meetups is $110/hour for Non-Subscribers.

  • Customized seating format can be made upon request to increase the lounge's capacity.

Please read Terms of Service carefully as these terms and conditions incorporate the basis on which bookings/reservations for Absolute XP House events are accepted. The person making the booking/reservation will be deemed to have accepted these Terms of Service on behalf of all persons/guests who will be invited and visited at Absolute XP House under the booking/reservation (once the booking/reservation is accepted and confirmed by Absolute XP House).

Booking Policy

• Prior on-line booking is required

• Need to purchase facility user insurance

• Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments

• No smoking

• No alcohol

• No cooking

• Photography is allowed

• Furniture may be moved subject to prior XP management approval

• Outside food is allowed subject to prior XP management approval

Cleaning Policy

• Clean common areas including lounge, studio, bathroom, and entrances.

• Collect and clean dishes, other provided host amenities, if applicable.

• Remove garbage

Cancellation Policy

• Booking cancellations until 7 days before the event start time - Receive a full refund (excluding processing fees)

• Booking cancellations between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time - Receive a 50% refund (excluding processing fees)

• Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the event start time are not refundable.

This form must be read and signed before the participant is allowed to take part in any XP Event at Absolute XP House.
