The New Year invites reflection and realignment. This experience is designed to help you clarify your values, set meaningful goals, and translate intention into action through practical time-management strategies.
You’ll gain tools to prioritize what matters most, create realistic structure, and move into the year feeling focused, aligned, and grounded.

This workshop is part of Mind the Gap Therapy’s Alignment Series, a self-development series designed to help individuals build direction, structure, and focus as they move into the new year.
This workshop is ideal for individuals seeking greater clarity, intentional living, goal direction, and practical tools for self-organization.
Workshop Focus
Participants will:
Identify personal values
Learn how to connect values to meaningful, realistic goals
Develop foundational time-management strategies to support follow-through

Mind the Gap Therapy helps young adults bring clarity and focus to their everyday lives. Our practice supports individuals in navigating life transitions, building self-awareness, and developing practical strategies to achieve their personal and professional goals.
As part of our first series, The Alignment Lab, we’ll explore how to align your goals with your core values while mastering time management. Participants will gain actionable tools, reflective exercises, and practical strategies to create a life that feels purposeful, organized, and intentional.
